Whistleblower Group Sues To Find Out Why Administration Lowballed BP Oil Spill Estimates

Not only is this mess going to cost way more than $20 billion to clean up (forget about making people whole), BP has stopped paying.  

The costs are already over $8 billion, and the "missing oil" has now been found sitting on the bottom of the Gulf.
