Kennedy was right about the healthcare plan under Carter.(it would have been stopped by Reagan)

Healthcare legislations isn't like solar panels on the roof of the White House -- Reagan couldn't have just "stopped it".

What we have are two political parties controlled by corporations.  The SAME corporations.

It doesn't matter who is in the White House or controlling Congress, both parties will serve the same master.
