You don't know why do you think "change takes decades", and you can't explain what you want and expect changed, and you can't tell me how Obama & the DLC-controlled Democrats in Congress are going to accomplish it?



You can't lay out the broad strokes or even the details.



Let me ask you this:



How will you know if Obama & Democrats (and you, by extension, since you are hiring them with your vote to do your bidding) are successful? By their declaring it?
