Dear Angry American, Joining the Tea Party Is NOT Your Only Option

Then you're shortsighted and screwing yourself (and all of us), d00ming us to an indeterminate future with more of the same for as far as the eye can see.

Think, man, why would Democrats do anything to curry your favor (that is if you're really a Democrat), if they know they've got you no matter what they do, because you're so afraid of the other side?

Right now the DLC-controlled Democratic Party, with Barack Obama at the helm, is moving the Democratic Party even farther to the right-of-center, farther than it's already been for 20 years, in order to attract more Republican politicians and their supporters into the Democratic Party.  So that it can "govern from the center for 100 years".

Obama & the DLC aren't looking to satisfy Democratic voters.  Obama & the DLC are as responsible for elevating the Tea Party to prominence as the Koch brothers are.

No sooner had Obama and Rahm Emanuel gotten into the White House, they went after Rush Limbaugh and Sarah Palin, in spite of the fact that Limbaugh & Palin have no role in the RepublicanParty, yes, I want to know why O'Donnell said that she's got "Hillary Democrats working behind and for her".   (I caught your spin -- She's didn't say "Hillary's voters"; she said "Hillary Democrats are working behind and for her".)

Incidentally, Obama and RahmEmanuel have never gone after the Republican leadership directly. Not MitchMcConnell, not JohnBoehner, not EricCantor, not JohnMcCain (the titular head of the Party, as the last presidential nominee).   

Obama and Rahm Emanuel won't go after Bush, Cheney, Rove, Rumsfeld, Feith, Wolfowitz, Yoo, Bybee, et al, or anyone in the Republican leadership or in Congress, but instead they go after Rush Limbaugh and Sarah Palin (two people with no official role in the Republican Party).

Why hasn't Obama (nor any of the DemocraticParty leadership) held the BushAdministration to account?  

Perhaps it would be kind of hard to swallow (Obama going after an administration for having committed crimes) when it's the same activities that Obama's actively engaged in.  It's also counter-intuitive to your other agenda, the DLC's agenda for the past 20 years, which is to attract Republican politicians & their supporters into the DemocraticParty, which can only be done by moving the DemocraticParty to the right of right-of-center.
