No, really?  And this surprises who?  Come on folks.  CIA has been spreading their Magic everywhere since the 50's.

Why would you try to disperse outrage over this?

The only way to stop it is for Americans to express their outrage, encourage others to be outraged and do something about it.

As Tracie L. Washington, Co-Director of The Louisiana Justice Institute said recently:

"Every time there's a disaster in Louisiana, the federal government thinks it can fix it by spraying us with dispersants.

Right after Katrina, they thought that they could solve our public education crisis by spraying 'Charter School'-dispersant, get rid of the failing schools, undereducated children.

They sprayed us with 'Affordable Housing'-dispersant thinking that that could get rid of our concentrated poverty and dilapidated housing.

We were sprayed with 'Private Care'-dispersants, and supposedly that was going to get rid of our indigent healthcare problems.

And then now, we've got this crisis in the Gulf and they're spraying us with chemical dispersants (Corexit) thinking that's going to get rid of the oil.

Stop spraying us with these dispersants.

Don't 'sperse me, man."


It only helps them hide the problems which need to be fixed, won't go away, and that can be fixed.  

But not by the CIA.  Not by war.  Not by violence.
