Would it be if it were phrased, 'Republicans Oppose Abortion In Cases Of Rape, Incest'?
The Republican Party platform plank on abortion is that Republicans are against abortion. Period. Republicans want to end a woman's Constitutional right to get an abortion for any reason, no exceptions.
That's been in their platform for many years.
