Obama Can't Balance Budget With Social Spending Cuts

Govt has done this in an expensive bureaucrat­ic way and left / sent the bill to us, our children, grandchild­re and yet-to-be-­born Americans.

No!  That's where you think the money went?

The money went for off-budget items, like wars.  By the way, Obama and Democrats ran on putting the wars on budget -- It still hasn't happened.

Whether it was the Savings & Loan scandal or the bank meltdown (or Social Security trust fund), it was Americans' money that was stolen.  The taxpayers' bailouts came after.
