White House Expands On Executive Powers Once Criticized By Obama, No Doubt To The Delight Of The Base

Obama is asserting that the president has the right to assassinate American citizens without due process or any oversight of any kind.


There are those who may trust Obama with that kind of power (I'm a liberal Democrat, and I don't), but how would you feel about another Bush administration (Jeb BUSH & Liz CHENEY?) having that kind of power?  Do you recall when Lynn Cheney lobbied for the arrest and imprisonment of critics of the Bush administration for treason?



How much longer before criticism of an administration gets an American citizen a ticket to some dungeon off the grid in the far east?  

How do you know it isn't happening already?

Under Obama, we have an out of control military, murdering Afghan civilians.  

The founders foresaw the danger of this kind of unchecked power, allowed to operate in secrecy.
