White House Expands On Executive Powers Once Criticized By Obama, No Doubt To The Delight Of The Base

To date, not a single victim of the Bush administration’s torture program has had his day in court. If today’s decision is allowed to stand, the United States will have closed its courtroom doors to torture victims while providing complete immunity to their torturers.
Obama has EXPANDED on Bush's push for unchecked executive power.
Obama has blocked all investigations and prosecutions into the Bush administration. The government can kidnap you and send you to be tortured, yet even if agents of the US government agents (CIA, private contractors) acknowledge what they were doing, if the government wants to call their own law-breaking a secret, the most liberal Circuit Court in the country agrees they can.
