Obama doesn't walk the talk.



The Obama-Kerry-Lieberman-Graham energy bill is heavy on coal, nuclear, dirty sources of power. The same arguments for offshore drilling, that it could be done safely with no chance for accidents, are made for nuclear. The fact is that there is a nuclear event-accident almost daily somewhere around the world.



The line Obama uses is that he's committed more money to green renewable energy than any other previous administration. That's no big deal, consideration that past committments have been 0. Obama's committed $80 billion, and that's nothing. It's not going to lay a grid, an infrastructure. It's nothing for future administrations to build on.
