Tom Brokaw: 'It Is Time To Rethink' White House Correspondents Dinner (VIDEO)

Brokaw is only suggesting that the coverage of the White House Correspondents' Dinner change (coverage of MSNBC's party at the Italian embassy, coverage of journalists salivating over movie stars attending the dinner, etc.); he's not advocating that MSNBC not hold an after-party at the Italian embassy, etc.

Brokaw is a privileged insider, not willing to hold power to account.  Like David Gregory who pals around with Karl Rove, and Ted Koppel who pals around with Henry Kissinger, to make it in Washington journalism, Brokaw, too, has blurred the lines, ethical lines, about which side he wants to be on.
