White House Jobs Plan Might Let Businesses Train Unemployed Without Having To Pay Them

Obama doesn't need Congress to do that.  FDR did it with the stroke of a pen (executive order).  He created the Civil Works Administra­tion (CWA) which provided work for some four million unemployed­.

My point is that with people being required to work for nothing, or (as is being reported here on HP today) for slave/pove­rty wages, citizens are going to have to commit crimes and go to prison in order to get a job.  That's where this is all leading -- To a for-profit privatized prison system (it's a growth industry).
