Economists: Gridlocked Congress 'Playing With Fire' As Failure To Legislate Could Devastate Economy

Ryan's budget is a FLAT TAX.  There's nothing fair or progressiv­e about flat taxes.  

It also does nothing about what corporatio­ns are doing to escape paying ANY taxes: Tax havens.  They incorporat­e outside of the US while actually operating in the US to avoid paying taxes.  

It also ends two of the most successful and popular programs (Social Security and Medicare), throws elderly and disabled and again, those least able, under the bus.
