Rush Limbaugh: Jared Loughner Has 'Full Support' Of Democratic Party

Tuesday, January 11, 2011

When you're a member of Congress or in the White House, you have a responsibility to problem-solve and prevent tragedies like this from happening.

Another cr@zy man got a gun capable of k!lling a great number of people in a short period of time and did it.

Another Virginia Tech massacre.

Another Columbine.

Another Alabama

Another John Allen Muhammad & Lee Boyd Malvo ('Beltway snipers').

Another Christopher Speight, Appomattox shootings.

Another Jeff Weise, Red Lake, Minnesota.

Another Jiverly Wong, Binghamtom, New York.

Another Patrick 'Going Postal' Sherrill, Edmond, Oklahoma

The only difference is fewer people were k!lled this time, on Saturday, but two of them were special, members of the 'establishment elites'.

Will the NRA finally be shown the door, expelled from the legislative process, and automatic weapons banned?

Can public schools across the nation now expect monies to be reinstated for counseling and mental health screening and treatment?

How about reinstating public facilities for the emotionally disturbed; money for mental health hospitals?

How about that public option for healthcare, and expanded coverage for mental health treatment?

Is the FCC now going to bring back the Fairness Doctrine and regulate hate radio?

Lamar Alexander's response to this tragedy is more of the same that got us here.  More "tax cuts for the rich", more deregulation and privatization, more gvns, and "leave Sarah Palin alone".

The media talking heads, everyone from Chris Matthews to perennial guests like David Frum, echo similar comments, offering "advice for Sarah Palin, to keep her as a viable presidential candidate".

Congressman Peter King's solution is to ban guns from 1000 feet of wherever members of Congress happen to be speaking.

And Rush Limbaugh is back making a$$!nine inflammatory and divisive assertions.

When are these public servants going to get off their butts and start working on behalf of the People and not their own narrow self-interests?
