The Giffords Gun Clip: How A 'Weapon Of Mass Destruction' Became 'The Weapon Of Choice'

"BTW, these comments are OT too. You break the rules when it fits your agenda apparently hypocrite."
================================================

Actually, my comments aren't OT but they are not in compliance with HP's comment policy, that's true.  Have you ever read it, by the way?  HP's comment policy?

Watch me bring it into compliance:

You're actually a good object lesson for what's wrong with the country, how we seem to have reached the tipping point, how trying to get the nation back on track may be an exercise in futility because of people like you who think the rules don't apply to them.

You offer up lame excuses, one reason after another, for your boorish and inappropriate-to-the-setting behavior.  Normal, emotionally healthy people don't enter into the public square, disrupt the activity, and then when called on it, refuse to apologize or offer contrition.

By the way, we have laws in society because of people who won't abide by an honor system.  Because of people who lack common sense (or who have emotional issues, mental disease, are ig.no.rant, poorly or educated or resist learning) as to how to respectfully share common resources.  There are laws against spitting in subways because people spit in subways and the spreading of diseases like tuberculosis from spitting in subways.

We have laws against dirt-biking in desert parks because there are too many like you, who think you're special and the damage you do to the desert when dirt-biking isn't destroying the fragile ecosystem there.   But you don't have the common sense (or you're a narcissist) to realize that you're not the only one doing it.  It's the same problem with cars and carbon emissions -- "My driving isn't causing climate change".  But you're not the only one driving.  Nor are you the only one throwing your McDonald's wrappers out of your car window or dumping your dead appliances or sofas on country roads (who do these people think are going to clean up after them?)

The surest way to see the internet get policed is to continue offending others by not respecting the rules set forth by website hosts.  Your outlaw ways ruin it for everyone.

Be the CHANGE you want to see in the world.
