Obama Invokes 'State Secrets' Claim To Dismiss Lawsuit Against Targeting Of U.S. Citizen

Among the rights that Obama is asserting that the president has is the right to assassinate American citizens without due process or any oversight of any kind.

There are those who may trust Obama with that kind of power (I'm a liberal Democrat, and I don't), but how would you feel about another Bush administration (Jeb BUSH & Liz CHENEY?) having that kind of power?  Do you recall when Lynn Cheney lobbied for the arrest and imprisonment of critics of the Bush administration for treason?

How much longer before criticism of an administration gets an American citizen a ticket to some dungeon off the grid in the far east?
