Tax Cuts For Rich Move Forward In Senate

Thanks, and it's just a mini metaphor for abuse of power. I, of course, have no idea who is actually doing it. I prefer to think it's a rogue moderator, because it's been going on (and off) for days, seems to be tied to an hourly kind of work schedule. As you can see, there is no pundit's badge next to my entry above you, but on other threads, it's there. The rich text ability is gone, though. I really don't care about the badge (silliness), the rich text is nice, but the real problem is that now, whatever the reason, I'm not able to just type as any other commenter would -- With line breaks, etc. I've tried turning off the badges, but that doesn't seem to do anything either. Am I really the only person having these problems with HP's social networking system? I've noticed HP (no response) and asked openly (nobody seems to be having the problem), so I can only assume it's because I'm just such a threat to the power structure of the western world with my comments that they've had to make my comments more difficult to read. ;-)

Tax Cuts For Rich Move Forward In Senate

You sold yourself cheap. But, they know that's what desperate people do. That's how the Notzees managed to herd the J3ws into concentration camps, first by squeezing them financially into ghettos, making it impossible for them to work, and go to school, or even buy food, etc. This was not the right thing to do. And this was Obama doing it.

The Tax Deal and the Apocalypse

Democrats and Republicans work on the same side, as tag relay teams (or like siblings competing for parental approval). 'Good cop/bad cop'. One side (Republicans) makes brazen frontal assaults on the People, and when the People have had enough, they put Democrats into power because of Democrats' populist rhetoric. Once in power, Democrats consolidate Republicans' gains from previous years, and continue on with Republican policies but renamed, with new advertising campaigns. They throw the People a few bones, but once Democrats leave office, we learn that those bones really weren't what We, the People thought they were. Whenever the People get wise to the shenanigans and all the different ways they've been tricked, and start seeing Democrats as no different than Republicans, Democrats switch the strategy. They invent new reasons for failing to achieve the People's business. Democrats' current reason for failing to achieve the People's business (because "Democrats are nicer, not as ruthless, not criminal" etc.) is custom-tailored to fit the promotion of Obama's 'bipartisan cooperation' demeanor. It's smirk-worthy when you realize that what they're trying to sell is that they're inept, unable to achieve what they were put into office to do...And their ineptitude, like that's somehow "a good thing". Obama's 'job', as he sees it, is to deliver to the top 2%. No amount of begging, imploring, wishing, pleading with Obama is going to move him off of that. Start shopping for 2012. And not in the Democratic Party -- It's been corrupted.”

Draconian cuts, dearie. They're on their way. This isn't a compromise; this is a cave in. And these "middle class cuts" that you think are a windfall? They won't even pay for a fraction of what you're going to have to pick up due to lost government services. Wait until you see your car repair bills from the end of road repairs. It's trickle down now, lost services on not just the federal level but on the state level -- What the state can no longer do because they aren't getting money from the feds. But have no worries if you live in gated communities! Your roads will be taken care of, as will your police and fire services. Those are last on the list for cutting.

Tax Cuts For Rich Move Forward In Senate

I'm convinced that the powers that be, who are behind Obama (and Democrats and Republicans) are also behind her. Should she win, she'd be like George W. Bush and Ronald Reagan, given a 'kitchen cabinet' to run the country. The abzurdity of it all is that it's just more of the same magnates who are behind the Democrats, who are behind Obama. It's all the same thing. All Sarah Palin is about is making money for herself and her family. She doesn't where it comes from. When she was a governor in Alaska, she was actually more moderate, and governed like Bush did when he was governor of Texas -- Texas Democrats had nothing but good things to say about Bush then. This system is corrupted, and the government is rotten to the core, and that's something I've never said before.

John Boehner '60 Minutes' Interview: Future Speaker Moved By 'American Dream' (VIDEO)

And why should Boehner compromise, when Obama does it and surrenders the People's positions and resources?
