Dawood Military Hospital Scandal: The Most Shocking Photos And Testimony

I have not seen the hearings yet, but I can find nothing in any of the reports I've read, from the Christian Science Monitor to the WSJ, to indicate whether conditions at Dawood have changed.  

If no one has been fired or replaced, if the same people are running the hospital and working there, it would seem that the abuse is ongoing.

Does anyone here know?
