Jeffrey Rosen: TSA Pat-Downs And Body Scans Are Unconstitutional

Monday, November 29, 2010

I asked why you would try to defend this and you merely repeat your argument defending the practice.

If the argument is Constitutional, the facts don't support you.

You can fling your body on the ground and pound the pavement all you want, but it's not going to change the law.

In the absence of a response to my question, about why you would defend something that 1) isn't keeping you safe, but actually is putting you in danger, and 2) wouldn't have prevented any of the previous attempted b0mbings, I can only surmise that you're either scared out of your wits to the point that you've lost your mind, or that you're Michael Chertoff (or a shareholder in one of his clients' companies that make the scanners)

Which is it?
