Steny Hoyer: Stephen Colbert's Testimony To Congress Was 'An Embarrassment For Mr. Colbert'

There was a time when members of Congress took their work and results seriously, and themselves, no so much.

Now it's the other way around.

It really doesn't matter what their stated intentions are -- They are simply ineffective in accomplishing the People's goals. They are not able to get the job done for the people. 

As far as I'm concerned, all incumbents have to go.
