Senate Filibuster Targeted By House Democrats, Dream Act Activists In Federal Lawsuit

Eventually.  Maybe.  But not this way.  Ben Estaville is correct, obviously correct, so I can only conclude that this is yet another effort by these career politicians to stonewall, stall, misdirect, distract, take your pick.  

As if Article 1, Section 5 wasn't enough, of all the reasons to end the filibuster, the cause that House Democrats are taking up (undocumented workers' path to citizenship) is beyond the pale.  What standing do illegal aliens have to use US courts to force lawmakers to grant them citizenship?
