Florida Supreme Court upholds Judge Jorge Labarga's rejection of suits challenging Palm Beach "butterfly ballot". Texas federal DistrictCourtJudge Sidney Fitzwater rejectsvoter suit arguing that Dick Cheney is an inhabitant of Texas and thus ineligible to receive votes of Texas electors (Jones v. Bush).
