The color comes with (and changes according to HP section title color of the article that you're commenting on) the hyperlink.  

You, me (pundits), we don't control the color.  For example, if you include a link to another URL through the rich text bar that's just above the box that you're commenting in, when published the text that you've linked will take on the color of the article's title text (which is the same as all of the rest of the articles in that section of HP, i.e., Front Page, Politics, Business, Entertainm­ent, Media, Tech, etc.).
