Factcheck's phrasing is very clever, but it's not what you contend, that Kapi'olani Medical center has confirmed Obama was born there. What Factcheck asserts is that the Medical Center published a letter from Obama who says it's his birthplace. Do you understand the difference? I can go through each of Factcheck's assertions with you to show you the 'catch' if you'd like. It doesn't change the fact that all Obama has to do is grant permission to the state to release the actual long form and this is over.
