That turned out not to be true, too.
Just like the "people shredder".
We are being manipulated into believing propaganda which, even if it had been true, isn't justification for war. We, the US, nor any western industrialized nation, don't go to war for humanitarian reasons. We never have and we never will. Not in Bosnia, not in Haiti, not anywhere. If true, we would have gone into Darfur and Rwanda and E. Timor (we were partners with Indonesia, didn't even work the sanctions' route).
The fairy tale that we spin for ourselves about being for truth, justice and democracy is sweet but total BS. We don't support democracies around the world -- We actively overturn them when the citizens pipe up and complain about being exploited and want fairness, equitable wages and control over their own lives and national resources.
