Because when Larry Kudlow said this two days ago, "The human toll here looks to be much worse than the economic toll, and we can be grateful for that", he was speaking what's on the minds of just about all of the 'establish­ment elites', including Obama's.

There's no way it's not, because Obama isn't deterred by the events taking place at Japan's nuclear power plants.  He's is moving full speed ahead with plans to license and build more plants in the US.  That said, this might be the most important read of our time:
