Any Pause In Harsh Rhetoric May Be Short-Lived

We need Democratic politician­s who get that Republican­s are playing for keeps.  Caving to Republican­s isn't going to make Republican­s nice, sweeter, kinder, satisfied.  When you cave to that kind of behavior from Republican­s, they know that it gets them what they want and will do it more.

We need Democratic politician­s who are warriors, not capitulato­rs. 

If Democrats refuse to step up, then it's time for the left to go Independen­t.
