Obama To Announce Tougher Offshore Drilling Rules

He just doesn't f**king get it.
There is no way to safely drill offshore.
This was malfeasance, misfeasance and nonfeasance, by both the government regulators and BP. He can't guarantee that offshore drilling can be done safely, and in the absence of that guarantee, the risk is too great.
