Yes, I agree.



Either the jobs are essential to a functioning government, or they're not. And if they're not, eliminate them. But no one is claiming that these are superfluous jobs, not needed. Everyone agrees that work throughout the government is backlogged. There aren't enough people to get the job done.



I don't happen to think that Obama isn't making recess appointments because he's afraid of being called a dictator. He's certainly been autocratic when it comes to dealing with the base of the Democratic Party (liberals). He's had no problem dictating to and snubbing liberals.
