We are where we are in this country because liberals in the Democratic Party have caved (and disappeared), capitulating to the conservatives (both in the Democratic Party and the Republican Party) with each passing election cycle.



I think you need to stand back, look at the bigger picture (and the facts of Democratic collaboration) on more than just the healthcare issue to see how we got here (and where we're going) if we follow your advice and continue along the path the DLC has us on.
