You already know who is behind the ads that Super PAC money purchases -- The other guy.
Knowing who is behind them doesn't change anything -- The ads themselves do what they are intended to do: Flood the air waves and plant memes in the minds of the viewing public, change perception
If either party was honorable, they'd be leading the charge for public financing of campaigns and ending corporate personhood
