Joe Biden: 2014 Afghanistan Pullout Is 'Drop Dead Date'

Obama's assertion that the president has the right to deny Americans their day in court, to murder American citizens with no due process, no oversight whatsoever:

And 'preventive detention'.  Obama is asserting a right to lock up anyone, no oversight, no due process.  How could there be?  The person hasn't actually done anything -- Just thought it, maybe, according to what Obama says.
