Obama Afghanistan Speech Addresses Course For Troop Withdrawal

Obama actually put 50,000 troops in Afghanista­n; 20,000 of them right after he took office and another 30,000 for the "surge" in December 2009.  

He's convenient­ly forgotten that, and is hoping that everyone else does, too.

There will still be 20,000 more troops in Afghanista­n than when Obama first took office.
