Another pet peeve I get to speak on -- The id-jits who ask a question in their post and then, as if the people they're replying to have the ability to comment immediately in the comment box, say, "I didn't think so!"
Also interesting is how you ignore the rest of my comment, about what happens in addition to Obama signing a stop-loss order:
Congress can continue to work on ending it through legislation, while individuals and groups go about ending it through the courts (the Log Cabin Republicans lawsuit has taken 6 years to get to last month's decision in the federal court; it's nowhere near over). There's no reason all can't happen simultaneously, and should.
It Congress hasn't repealed DADT by the next presidency, then we're years down the line of having lived with a policy that's not been in effect, the arguments for reinstating it (hom0ph0bia) are seriously deflated, making it easier for that Congress to repeal it.
Courts, also, will be working on overturning it during that time.
Why are you arguing against this if you're not a hom0ph0be?
