Obama Holds Debt Ceiling Press Conference (VIDEO)

If anybody got the ball rolling, if anybody deserves credit (and like I said, it's premature as it's still not done), it was liberals fighting hard and pushing to get it done. 

If only Obama's 'most ardent supporters­' would get a clue as to how to get their interests addressed.  It's NOT by prostratin­g themselves before Obama.  It's not by supporting him and trusting that he'll do the right thing.  It's by holding his feet to the fire and demanding action NOW!  

There's no chess game being played.  There's no poker strategy going on, unless it's to fake out Democratic voters and keep them returning Democrats to office in spite of these politician­s' failure to achieve any of our alleged shared objectives­.
