John Boehner: Social Security, Medicare Must Be Curbed

'Entitleme­nt' isn't a dlrty word.  There's no need to be defensive about entitlemen­t programs or deny that Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid are entitlemen­t programs.  You paid into them -- You're 'entitled' to them.  That's what it means.  And it's what the government means when it calls them that.
