That's another convenient dodge for Obama then, isn't it? That it's not his fault -- "The dev!l/Dick Cheney/the Bilderbergs/etc. made me do it". That he's not where the buck stops. Even if there is a cabal threatening Obama, telling Obama what to do, that's his choice. He has the power as the president to issue the orders. If he chooses to be threatened, bullied, blackmailed, etc., the order still comes from him. You and I can speculate about that all day and night, but until there's some definitive declaration that the president of the US is merely a figurehead carrying out orders from elsewhere, the buck does stop at the office of the president.
