I'm glad that Republicans know that Obama is working FOR the American people (I'm being sarcastic), because I, as a liberal Democrat, don't know that.



I think you presume entirely too much without getting confirmation. As a consequence, you form faulty opinions based upon bad information, then compound the problem by adding more false information to your equation from which you weave a narrative that has no basis in reality.



I'm trying to show you how we need to stop presuming and get clear definitions and detailed policies from these public servants so that WE can make informed judgments about what it is that WE, the People want our elected representatives to do IN OUR NAMES.



Why Democrats lost seats in the Senate & control of the House is a question with an answer that can be determined through the voting data, exit polling, etc.



Whether Obama got "it" (& what Obama thinks "it" is), is easily determinable.

If Obama goes along with legislation that extends the Bush tax cuts, & doesn't end tax breaks/incentives given corporations for outsourcing jobs, & agrees to capital gains tax cuts, what will you think about Obama?
