I'm glad that Republicans know that (I'm being sarcastic), because I, as a liberal Democrat, don't know that.



I think you presume entirely too much without getting confirmation. As a consequence, you form faulty opinions based upon bad information, then compound the problem by adding more false information to your equation from which you weave a narrative that has no basis in reality.



I'm trying to show you how we need to stop presuming and get clear definitions and detailed policies from these public servants so that WE can make informed judgments about what it is that WE, the People want our elected representatives to do IN OUR NAMES.



Before I ask you again to define why you think Democrats lost seats in the Senate and control of the House (and it's a question with an answer, that can be determined through the voting data, who voted, exit polling, etc.) and whether you think Obama got "it" (and what Obama thinks "it" is), let me ask you this regarding your comment that "(Republicans) want tax breaks for corporations and millionaires": If Obama goes along with legislation that extends the Bush tax cuts, and doesn't end tax breaks/incentives given corporations for outsourcing jobs, and agrees to capital gains tax cuts, what will you think about Obama?
