House Candidates To Spend Over $1 Billion On Elections

When Democrats want something, they force Republicans to filibuster.



When Democrats don't want something that their supporters want, they make up the most amazing excuses to try to convince their supporters that "We really would like to do that, but our hands are tied by rules."



The latest l!e has been that rule 22 can only be changed at the beginning of a new Congress. It's really outrageous the BS they tell constituents. It can be done at any time (see page 6 - http://fpc­.state.gov­/documents­/organizat­ion/45448.­pdf ).



Their hands are NOT tied. And Harry Reid needs to force Republicans to actually filibuster.
