Obama's judicial appointments are no different than a Republican's.  Did you know that Kagan voted with the conservatives on Medicaid?  She's the Goldman-Sacks seat on the Court, and unless voters stop buying into this "lesser of two evils" garbage and vote third party, we are doomed.
