So accordingly, Obama has problems with Marbury vs. Madison (1803), which overturned the Judiciary Act of 1801.
And Dred Scott vs. Sandford, which overturned the Missouri Compromise.
Would Obama think it 'judicial activism' if the Supremes overturned DOMA?
Perhaps we need to test presidential candidates' (in addition to Supreme Court nominees') positions on the court's decisions.
