What do you think happened during World War II to pull us out of the Depression­?  

Hint:  It wasn't magic.  It was MASSIVE GOVERNMENT SPENDING.  Putting people to work, making armaments and tanks and jeeps and planes and ships and fighting (soldiers)­.  

We can either spend it to benefit mankind, by rebuilding our infrastruc­ture and green energy and mass transporta­tion and healthcare­, or we can continue to go to war throughout the world, killing civilians and making more recruits for Al Qaeda.
