Nancy Pelosi: Dems Will Be Forceful On Super Committee But Won't Draw 'Lines In The Sand'

It just takes one Democrat to get their plan out of this 'Super Congress' to the entire body for a vote.

And the way they gamed the rules is that any bill with revenue increases is subject to amendments­, but cuts?  No.

So, what that effectivel­y means is that Republican­s can filibuster but Democrats can't.
