I appreciate what you're saying, but this is one of those pivotal moments, a fork in the road, where Democratic voters have an opportunit­y to turn the tide.

The word is that House progressiv­es, Nancy Pelosi among them, think they were betrayed and had their bumper stickers for 2012 already printed ("A vote for a Democrat is a vote to save Social Security")­.  Whether you believe that or not (that progressiv­e politician­s give a chit about saving Social Security or merely want the appearance of giving a chit) is another matter.  But now is a time when the People can do something about it, or at the very least, learn just what the DLC-contro­lled Democratic Party is really for (not them).
