Michele Bachmann's History As A Foster Parent Remains Murky

She went to public school in Anoka, Minnesota.  She got her JD from Oral Roberts law school.  Her B.A. is from a Minnesota State University (Winona).  She got an LL.M. degree (a Master's degree) in tax law from William and Mary Law School.  How that translates to "her main educationa­l experience­s were garnered at Oral Roberts University­", I don't know.
