One Year After Dodd-Frank, More Rules Get Delayed Or Weakened




Here's Amy Goodman interviewi­ng Bernie Sanders about why he tried to block Gensler's nomination­.

There's a great quote by Slocum of Public Citizen (he and other consumer advocates were said to be "adjusting their expectatio­ns" about the appointmen­t of Gensler):

 “I don’t think he’s going to be a Ralph Nader, but I don’t think Obama was going to nominate a Ralph Nader type. … When he said ‘CHANGE,’ he was not saying, ‘change from corporate control of government­.’”
