What Obama did get from Lieberman, under cover of darkness.    One of the many 'services' Lieberman has performed for Obama: 

After Obama flip-flopp­ed (one of many) on an issue he campaigned on (transpare­ncy and releasing the thousands of t0rture photos of detainees)­, he used Lieberman to slip it into legislatio­n that gave the SoD the power to gut FOIA and bury the evidence forever.
