Turkish TV: NATO To Assume Command Libya Operation

The Secretary-­General of NATO is saying that what the Obama administra­tion is putting out about NATO taking over total command is NOT TRUE.

NATO is going to take over no-fly zone, but NOT the rest of the UN mandate, "to take all necessary steps", which is what the US has been doing (attacking Libya).  

So again, Obama's administra­tion follows in the footsteps of the administra­tion before it, and plays word games (and outright Iies) to Americans and the world.
