Where's The Afghanistan War's John Murtha?

And Murtha - he's right up there with your ideological Icon Jimmy Carter. Talk about empty yellow suits.

I have absolutely no idea what this even means.

You make a chit/oad of a lot of presumptions about who liberals' ideological icons and heroes are.  No president who bought into privatizing and deregulation could be or should be regarded as a liberal.  A decent man, Jimmy Carter? No question about it.  Fatally naive?  Yes; it's taken him decades to accept that private citizens Ronald Reagan and George HW Bush committed treason by negotiating with a foreign government to steal an American election.  But the American people shouldn't have had to pay for his naivete, the same way we shouldn't be paying for Obama's corrupt deal with the devi/ in letting BushCo off.
